Our first response to your order would be to have it shipped directly from our warehouse. In the case that our stock levels are too low, your order may need to be either ordered into our warehouse or drop shipped directly to you from LeClerc’s warehouse in Canada. Please allow at least 4-5 business days for them to process and ship out your order before receiving an e-mail with your tracking number. Should your order be backordered with our vendor, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with delays and shipping information.
Please note that LeClerc drop-ships are typically sent via UPS. Please provide a physical address for your order as UPS does not send to PO Boxes. Drop-shipping is not available for international orders at this time so please allow time for your order to reach us before we ship it to you.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in the original packaging. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
