Please note that Ashford drop-ships are sent via DHL and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after being shipped. Please provide a physical address for your order as DHL does not send to PO Boxes. Drop-shipping is not available for international orders at this time so please allow time for your order to reach us before we ship it to you.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in the original packaging. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
