In the case that our stock levels are too low, your order may need to be either ordered into our warehouse or dropshipped directly from Schacht. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped and we will register your email to receive updates from the chosen delivery service for your shipment. Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in the original packaging. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
